Below is the easy steps on making Hot Butter Soya..

Step1

Soak the soy meat in hot water for 5 minutes, remove excess water and temper with the flavour pack until golden.

Step2

Mix salt, pepper, spices with the egg and soy, leave to marinate for 5 minutes.

Step3

Mix flour, salt, garlic powder and turmeric and coat the soy meat then deep fry.

Step4

Saute the butter, garlic, dried chilli & paste, sugar, capsicum with the cuttlefish and garnish with spring onions.
